A) With lots of patience, tons of praise and many smelly treats!
A) Yes! The dogs are actually dressed in clothes and sitting on a real set with props. This is not photoshop magic. If a dog is wearing an accessory such as glasses or a hat and is sitting by a prop or on a couch it is real and not added later in post. We only use well behaved dogs that enjoy wearing clothes and posing for the camera.
A) Each image is custom designed, styled, staged and photographed so there is a lot of preparation that goes into each one. We cannot give an estimate as to when the next image will be out but we can say there are four in the works before January. Please keep checking back!
A) Many of the clothes are custom made for each dog. The props come from all over and all of the sets are designed and built from scratch.
A) No dogs were harmed during the making of these images. Most dogs enjoy it very much and look forward to their shoot because they get to enjoy many treats and praise. Tiffany the featured Yorkie happens to enjoy it so much she takes over the set and tries to upstage the other dogs. It is almost impossible to get her off the set.
A) We have an expanded line of greeting cards in the works along with children's books and a calendar so stay tuned!
