SHIPPING

We offer Free shipping to the US and Canada on all greeting cards. Shipping rates for other products are listed under Description on the product's detail page. We know when you place an order with us you are eager to receive it. We are just as excited for you to get it and start using our products. Since this is the case the majority of our items ship within two business days from when you place your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship all orders using USPS and/or Fedex. All orders are shipped within two business days from when you place your order. Please allow between 2-6 business days of transit time for shipping unless otherwise stated on a product's detail page. For information on expedited shipping please email us at shop@dogchatter.com.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we only ship to the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. For international orders please email us at shop@dogchatter.com to get a shipping quote, we will respond within 24 hours to international requests. Duty charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

 

RETURNS


We take pride in provide you with interesting quality American made products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement or refund at shop@dogchatter.com


You may return new, unopened items sold by Dog Chatter, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be in their original, resalable condition, and packaging. Please send returns to:

So that we may improve our service and quickly process your return please include:

We do not accept return items opened or unopened more than 30 days after delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs.


For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. Dog Chatter, Inc. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

 

 

REFUNDS


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process your return, and the time for the bank to process our refund request.

 

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE


If a product you purchased was either defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we may assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. If the return is defective or damaged upon arrival we will pay the return shipping costs.

 

In regards to beds and other toys, normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered for return. We recommend supervised play for all toys.

 

 

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE


We do not accept items opened or unopened more than 30 days after delivery. Due to safety standards and other regulations Dog Chatter, Inc.does not accept returns of the following items:

 

Food Items, Gift cards and gift certificates, any DVD, that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap, Custom made Jewelry or Clothing orders or Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.)
